This policy applies to all services and products offered by Nairobi Pest Control, including insecticides, pest control equipment, sanitary solutions, and pest-proofing installations like magnetic and retractable nets.

Eligibility for Returns

Products:

Defective or Damaged Items:

  • Products that arrive damaged, defective, or not as described are eligible for return or replacement.
  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Unused and Original Condition:

  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and without damage caused by improper handling.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Customized Products:

  • Custom items like fitted magnetic screens are not eligible for return unless there was an error in sizing or quality caused by our team.

Services:

  • If our pest control services do not meet agreed-upon standards, clients may raise concerns within 7 days of service completion.
  • We will evaluate the case and, if applicable, offer a free repeat service, corrective action, or partial refund depending on the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized alterations.
  • Products sold on clearance or promotional discounts.
  • Services signed off as complete and satisfactory after site inspection.

Return Shipping and Fees

Cancellations
