Site Access: Customers must provide safe and clear access to premises. Any delay due to unprepared sites may attract extra charges.

Service Guarantee: We aim to deliver professional service and will rectify any issues reported within 7 days of completion.

Exclusions: Warranties do not cover misuse, wear and tear, unauthorized alterations, or damages due to environmental factors.

Pest recurrence due to customer non-compliance or environmental reinfestation
